We took Francis to the pediatrician for his four month appointment, and he now weighs 16 lbs. 6 ozs. and is 25 1/2 inches long. Our growing boy is in the 75th percentile for weight and 50th for height. Here he is in his Bumbo.

Coney Island Baby
Francis made his first trip to Coney Island last weekend. Here we are posing in front of the Wonder Wheel. Please note the proximity of the trash can.

Francis' First Reading
John and I took Francis to Barnes and Noble to see Nick Cave read from his new book. Someone captured us in the audience. If you look carefully at the photo, you can see us leaning against the far right pole.
He was very good an only started to fuss a little about half way through. Thanks Mr. Binky for being there for the second half!
