Drumheller Family Reunion
Last weekend we took Francis to a family reunion at Bill and Dolores Wunder's house in Horsham, PA.
There were family members there representing five of the eight original Drumhellers: Marion, Laura, Elizabeth, Mary, and Ruth. Pictured here is Aunt Marion's daughter (and Grandpa's cousin) Frances Mary (named after her Grandfather Francis and her Grandmother Mary).
She was the oldest person at the party at 93 1/2 and Francis was the youngest at one month, and they both have the same family name. Seated next to Frances and Francis is Paul, whose brother Frank (not pictured here) was also named after his grandfather.
There are also some Francis' on John's side of the family. And Francis also shares a name with the likes of St. Francis of Assisi and the composer Francis Lai who wrote the soundtrack to A Man and a Woman, one of our favorite movies.

Francis loved hanging out with the Moreno girls, and they seemed to like him, too. Is Hannah telling her sister or Baby Francis to be quiet?

Francis Meets his Grandparents on his Father's Side
Linda and George stopped by in Brooklyn for a visit on their way up to Vermont for a family hiking trip. We hope that we can make it with Francis next year.
Francis liked being held and snuggled by his grandma.
